Things have been moving in hyper speed at CrossFit Central! Over the last two weeks we have completed the I Am CrossFit challenge, put on The Fittest Games Challenge in Austin & Dallas, hosted a few kick butt affiliates from New York and California for affilaite training, and the inside of our gym is about the get make over! Below is a story in pictures of The Fittest Games Challenge. This event was absolutley amazing. I had a blast and watching the competition....let's just say people are getting ready for The Games!! I met so many super talented CrossFitters from across the country and a few right here in Austin!
