Tonight at the CrossFit Central gym the coaches will be covering a topic that touches all of us - Nutrition. Before starting CrossFit training I didn't pay much attention to nutrition. I ate healthy, or what I conceived as healthy. This meant baked snacks, and fat free foods, yogurts, etc. Once I was introduced to the Zone I finally realized what eating healthy and eating right means. Since starting the zone I feel great, have lost weight, and I'm performing better in training! The best part though is I am creating a healthy eating pattern for the rest of my life.
