Who Do You Fight For?

Fight Gone Bad is by far one of my favorite fundraiser events. First of all - the workout is tough - Wall Balls, Sumo Deadlift High Pulls, Push Press, Box Jumps, and Rowing all in one workout. Like every good workout, Fight Gone Bad will test you mentally. It's only a minute of work at each station, which is nothing compared to those battling illness or what soldiers endure, but in the throes of the workout that minute has the power to tap into your psyche. But the best part about it are the causes this workout benefits --> The Livestrong Foundation & The Wounded Warrior Project.

This weekend I'll be on a trip with my girlfriends from college making it the first FGB event I've missed in 4 years. It's also the first Fight Gone Bad Event I've not coordinated in 4 years!

Good Luck to everyone taking this workout on - remember that after your 15 minute fight you get to celebrate, go have lunch, or go home to your family - this Saturday dig deep, push yourself and fight for those that don't have the same opportunity.
