
I finally gave Bok Choy a try...and I fell in love! This stuff is awesome, loaded with antioxidants and vitamins, and it tastes pretty decent too. I chopped up the bok choy with some fresh ginger (yum), fresh garlic, and chicken. I threw it in a stir fry pan with a little olive oil for 5-6 minutes....it turned out fantastic.

Fresh Ginger - this adds so much flavor to food!
