D-Day for The Movement finally came. Jeremy and I had been talking about The Movement for months and it was finally time to unfold. I arrived at RunTex at 6:30am to start setting up the tables. Soon the volunteers were there and everything was falling into place.
8:00am the UTB and the CrossFit workout at RunTex both kicked off8:40am the Kettlebell workout started wraming up ion the parking lot
9:00am the UTB workout walked up the hill to RunTex
9:00am Breakfast Tacos from Taco Deli were served
9:15am the Kettlebell workout finished up
9:30am I introduced Carey & Jeremy
9:40am Carey & Jeremy gave a welcome speech & thanked everyone for coming out
9:55am We watched a short film (see below) THE MOVEMENT
10am - 11am Everyone hung out, got program information
