We have such a phenomenal team of coaches at Crossfit Central. The men and women I am surrounded by on a daily basis never cease to amaze me with their talents, skill sets, and passion to keep pushing their knowledge and own fitness level and inspire the community.

CrossFit Central is unique in many ways but the fact that we have such a large group of strong CrossFit Women as super star coaches at our box is pretty cool. Female Crossfitters are not rare BUT to have 12 female coaches who are all amazing CrossFitters and super passionate about the business - you don't see that in every CrossFit affilaite across the country.
