But from all of these talks about nutrition - I began to think - what would happen if we ate strict paleo for 30 days? It wouldn't be that far of a jump from what we're currently eating but it might be interesting to find out. So - I bring to you - The Paleo Challenge --> 30 days of paleo eating. It starts Monday July 27th - Tuesday August 25th. I'm going to create a blog for anyone who's taking on this challenge so we can log on and post what they're eating, sort of an open forum to see how it going and also get ideas for what to eat.
