Dog Park & An Art Museum

Rest Days are vital to your body and mind. CrossFit HQ tells us to learn new sports on rest days or in other words stay active. Sundays are typically our rest day from work - which means it's 24 hours of being unplugged from the Matrix (scary!) AKA - no blackberrys and no computers.

This Sunday we took Deacon to the dog park for some exercise. Then it was off to the art museum to check out the latest exhibit: The Lining of Forgetting: Internal & External Memory in Art. The central question the exhibit posed - is technology and the internet making the RAM of our human memory decrease? Is Google making us less intelligent...key the twilight zone music....
