Deacon broke his leash....again. This is the 2nd time in less than a month. He gets so excited at the site of another dog, bird, armadillo, grasshopper or even a rock that he completely forgets he's on a leash and takes off - usually ending in another broken leash and me on the ground. As we were dying laughing at how hilarious he looked with his long leash dragging behind him I was reminded of a quote from the book turned movie, Marley & Me:"A person can learn a lot from a dog, even a loopy one like ours. Marley taught me about living each day with unbridled exuberance and joy, about seizing the moment and following your heart."

Good Blog Nicole! I loved the book and the movie. Talk about not being able to breathe because I was crying so hard during that movie!!! Miss you, looking forward to seeing you at Heather and Paul's wedding!
