In the Zone


I officially began the Zone diet a few weeks ago and am astonished at the results I am seeing! I have more energy, my CrossFit WOD time is improving, and I feel amazing! The best part about the Zone diet is that it is inclusive and not exclusive. It's less about restrictions and what you can't eat and more about eating quality foods that will allow your body to function at optimal levels. The Zone isn't exactly about "dieting" instead, it's a way of life. This way of eating teaches you how to eat the right amount of fat, carbs, and protein at every meal.
