My adventure inside CrossFit Central began 6 months ago when Jeremy Thiel proposed an exciting, challenging, and new opportunity to me. This opportunity would turn out to be one of my most captivating experiences thus far. When I met everyone inside the company, their passion and dedication materialized, and I was hooked.

I work for a company who's sole mission is to improve individuals lives and offer them the tools necessary for personal empowerment. That's something I don't want to miss out on!

2008 will be an amazing year for the CrossFit Central community!
